Executive Narendra Modi can't talk a line in English appropriately and needs consistent assistance from an elevated monitor, Mamata Banerjee says.

"Modi gives a great deal of addresses however he can't talk a line in English appropriately. That is the reason he needs to continually take a gander at the elevated monitor while communicating in English," Mamata Banerjee, the central clergyman of West Bengal, said on Thursday, as indicated by a Bengali news site.

"You [Narendra Modi] are sending letters with your photo on them to each family in the state, making tall professes to assume acknowledgment for the plan," Mamata Banerjee said. "At that point for what reason would it be advisable for me to hold up under 40 percent? The NDA government should assume the whole liability."
